1851 Trust: Use your Voice

We collaborated with 1851 Trust to launch ‘Use Your Voice’ a global programme to encourage students to explore the power of storytelling – and to use their voices to raise issues that matter to them.

Studio Silverback created a series of short films which feature Olympic athletes Hannah Mills OBE, Kenyan Olympic gold medallist and history maker Eliud Kipchoge, British skier Chemmy Alcott and Saudi rower Hussein Alireza. The four Olympians share an inspiring dedication to protecting their world and their own stories of environmental action, with a message to children to do the same.

The films helped to launch the new climate resources at The UK Pavilion, on the Youth and Education Day at COP28 in Dubai.

The 1851 Trust climate education programme, Protect Our Future, uses the inspiration of athletes and the global community of sport to empower young people with the knowledge to take climate action and drive behavioural change: enabling schools to become climate hubs. They collaborate globally, and at an ambitious scale, with NGOs and other key stakeholders.
