As Post Operations Manager, Emily’s focus is the effective and efficient running of the Silverback Films’ Tech and IT department. Emily works as part of the Senior Management Team, and in collaboration with the Head of Technical operations, on day-to-day and strategic resource for all things Post Production and Tech.

Emily has over 25 year experience in film and television. Having completed a degree in Humanities, Science and Society (BSc), Emily was lucky enough to go straight to work in feature films. For 15 years she worked her way up through production management on feature films with international locations including the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Harry Potter, Alexander, and Syriana.

A move to Bristol in 2006 came with a decent stint in TV on series Man vs Wild and an extended period as Post Producer and Facilities Manager at a post house. Emily joined Silverback Films’ Production Management team in 2013, initially working on Disney Nature productions. In recent years she has worked with our extraordinarily talented Tech and Post teams to support delivery of Silverback’s slate to screens big and small.
