Rachel oversees all financial aspects of the group and has been with Silverback since it’s initiation. She previously spent 20 years in London working as a Production Accountant on Independent Feature films, before returning to her home-town of Bristol in 2002. After her initial introduction to the Silverback Founders she has worked across the entire Silverback slate, bringing her expertise in tax incentives and studio funding and incorporating that into the world of Natural History BlueChip and Environmental Programming that the group is now famous for.

She has been integral in amalgamating and consolidating the finances of the group, and streamlining processes to enable the smooth running of all corporate and programme finances. Because she has grown with the group she has an excellent understanding of all aspects of finance, and an important understanding of the link between production, funders and shareholders requirements.
