Silverback Films has launched its official YouTube channel – a new space dedicated to sharing the filmmaking, craft and stories behind our natural history productions.
For years, our work has reached global audiences through landmark wildlife series and feature films created in collaboration with the world’s leading broadcasters and platforms, including Netflix, National Geographic, the BBC and Disneynature. Now, for the first time, we’re opening the doors behind the scenes.
The channel will offer a closer look at the science, research, cinematography and collaboration that bring our stories to life – celebrating the many people whose work rarely appears on screen but is essential to every production.
To mark the launch, we’re sharing our Who We Are film – an introduction to the team behind Silverback Films and the ambition that drives our storytelling.
In the coming weeks, the channel will feature behind-the-scenes films, craft deep-dives and immersive footage – including a one-hour immersive “Swimming with Dolphins” tow-cam experience.
This marks an exciting new chapter for Silverback Films, one that brings audiences closer than ever to the process behind the films.
