Researcher Positions

Company:

Silverback

Role:

Researcher

Reports To:

Production Manager/Producer

Status:

Live

Salary:

TBC

Location:

Central Bristol office

Silverback Films would like to hear from experienced Researchers for some potential job opportunities starting in September.

You must have at least two (2) Researcher credits in Natural History or Conservation Documentaries. Part of the role would involve field work on location – so a willingness to travel is also desirable. We recognise that relevant experience can be gained through different routes and encourage you to apply if your experience broadly matches these requirements.

Silverback is a Bristol based company and although we are open to hybrid working you would need to be in the office for some of the week.

We encourage applications from people from Global Ethnic Majority backgrounds, who are currently under-represented within the wildlife filmmaking industry.

We are committed to an accessible and inclusive recruitment process. Please tell us about any reasonable adjustments or communication support you need before you apply or during selection. Asking for an adjustment will not negatively affect your application.

Please find our Access Statement here.

How To Apply:
Please send your CV and availability to jobs@silverbackfilms.tv with RESEARCHER and your NAME in the subject box.
Deadline for applications is Wednesday 26th August.
Candidates selected for a chat will be contacted by email, but if you haven’t heard back from us by 1st September, I’m afraid you haven’t been successful on this occasion, but we would like to keep your CV on file.

If you are interested please send your CV to jobs@silverbackfilms.tv and include ‘Researcher’ in the e-mail subject.

Silverback are an inclusive employer and particularly welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and under-represented groups.
